The Pacejet API provides a VoidConfirms resource to allow automated processing of ERP updates when users void shipments in the Pacejet user interface. When users void a completed shipment to make changes, a shipping integration can access the VoidConfirms resource to identify key shipping details that should be removed from ERP updates (e.g. price and tracking numbers) .
Shipping integrations can also leverage the same asynchronous processing solution, using the ConfirmsList resource to identify and process voids back to ERP or other systems.
