Why are my NetSuite Discounts not applied in Pacejet?

ISSUE

Discounted Item Pricing is not being applied to the import from NetSuite.

RESOLUTION

This is an optional setting within Pacejet Setting>Import Settings called SUPPORT SUITE PROMOTIONS. mceclip1.png

  • By checking this box we assume the customer is already configured to use Promotions within NetSuite. This is a native NetSuite feature and the customer should engage NetSuite Support should they require assistance with this setup. Additional information for this is below.
