After you set up the Pacejet Center (see Pacejet Center: 2 of 3. Configuring the Pacejet Center ), you must map the Pacejet Carrier Classes of Service to NetSuite Shipping Items using Xrefs (cross-references). We made some changes in NET 21.4 to simplify this task. For this reason, in this article, you’ll see instructions for customers using NET 21.4 and higher, and a different set of instructions for those using an earlier version. Be sure to complete the instructions below specific to the version you have.

Navigating the Pacejet Xref Setup Panel

For guidance on how to navigate through the Pacejet Center, see below:

An Xref record is created for each unique NetSuite Shipping Item-Subsidiary combination.

  2. Click the Refresh button as needed to watch the NetSuite Shipping Items populate. This process may take several minutes.
