Why do suppressed classes of service show up for NetSuite eCommerce website?
Resolution
The settings in the Pacejet UI for the Carrier Classes of Service do not affect what shows up in NetSuite eCommerce platforms (or in Pacejet's RestFUL API).
To fix this for NetSuite: The customer can uncheck "DISPLAY IN WEB SITE" setting in NetSuite's Shipping Items Carrier Class of Service settings.
From the main menu, Select Lists, Accounting, Shipping Items.
Click on the Carrier Class of Service Item you need to edit.
De-Select DISPLAY IN WEB SITE and click Save.
Click Save.
