How to Use Carrier Settings with FedEx

Overview

Carrier Settings lets Pacejet administrators define carrier-specific defaults and special behaviors beyond the basic options configured during initial carrier setup. Use Carrier Settings when you need to store or control details such as account numbers, package types, reference field mappings, carrier pickup times, and other settings that affect how a carrier is used in shipping workflows.

Carrier Settings Reference

The following carrier settings are commonly used with the Estes integration. Use this table as a quick reference when configuring default package behavior, pickup windows, delivery windows, document output, and hazardous materials contact information.

Use these values only when they match the shipper's configuration and business process. Time-based settings are especially important when scheduling pickups or communicating delivery availability windows.
