Pacejet provides barcodes to allow a user to quickly and efficiently move through the shipping process when a scanning device is utilized.

Basic Flow
The Z key is a global function in the Pacejet application that allows the user to open the Quick Search box from virtually anywhere in the system to search for a Delivery Order or a Sales Order. Per the attached scan code sheet, this function can also be accessed using its assigned barcode.
We will demonstrate the usage of the Z key function to retrieve an existing order. We will then utilize other barcode functions to access certain areas of the Rate & Ship page, then rate and ship the order.
From the Pacejet main menu, press Z.
Let’s begin at the home page of the Pacejet system, as shown in the screenshot below.Scan the barcode for an existing delivery order that is ready to be shipped.
The Quick Search will populate with the delivery order number and then automatically retrieve the order on the Rate & Ship page.Scan the Open Ship Details barcode to expand the Shipment Details section.
For this particular order, the carrier class of service (UPS Ground) has already been selected.Scan the Ship barcode which will begin processing the order.
Once the order successfully ships and displays the shipment confirmation details, we can repeat the process by scanning in the Z-key barcode to display once again the Quick Search box into which we can enter the next delivery order number.
