The Tag action automatically applies labels to orders, shipments, or related records so you can organize, filter, and report on them consistently.

Purpose

Use a Tag automation when you want Pacejet to categorize transactions for you instead of relying on users to remember which tags to apply.

Common scenarios include:

• Marking shipments for specific customers, channels, or regions (for example, Key accounts, E-commerce, or EU exports).

• Flagging orders that need special handling or review (for example, Hazmat review or Freight audit).

• Grouping shipments for dashboards, queues, or downstream workflows.

By tagging records automatically based on defined conditions, you ensure consistent labeling and make it easier to drive dashboards, queues, and reporting from those tags.
