Overview

A Sales Order, typically containing multiple transactions, can also be retrieved using the Z-key Quick Search. For this article, we’ll scan the Z-key barcode to open our Quick Search box, then scan in a valid sales order number.

Steps

1. Scan the Z-key barcode to open the Quick Search box.

2. Scan in a valid sales order number.
   The Shipping Workbench is displayed with the transactions tied to the sales order. You can now manually select one of the listed transactions to begin the shipping process.

3. Scan the Rate barcode to rate the shipment.

4. After the rating has been completed, scan the Ship barcode to ship the order.
   The order ships successfully, and the shipment confirmation details are displayed.

5. Scan open the Quick Search box and enter the sales order number once again.

6. Select a transaction.
   This takes the order through the rating and then the shipping process; shipping for this order completes successfully.
   Example: Scan only the Ship barcode.

7. Repeat the previous steps for the remaining order all the way to completion.
