About Screen

About Screen Overview

The About screen exists to put frequently requested Pacejet product information in a common and easy-to-access location for users with the administrator role. The data in the About screen is updated dynamically from existing customer data without requiring the manual entry or maintenance of data.
The About screen keeps common information in separate tabbed screens instead of on a single screen.


Limitations

Plug-ins are not displayed on the About screen.


Tabs

The tabs on the About screen are as follows:

  • Main -

    • Pacejet Information - General information about location, customer ID, and license expiration date.

    • License Keys - This information is used when a customer is installing and configuring various hardware connectors (Pacejet Connector, Scale Connector, etc.)

A clipboard icon is available to make copying and pasting license information easier. clipboardImage_AboutPage.png

  • Licenses - Lists all available licenses. The checkmark in the Active column indicates that the license is enabled.

  • Carriers - Lists all installed and rated carrier connectors with details, including the connector version number and the connector mode.

  • Reports - Displays Standard, Custom, and Deprecated reports, and it displays which user roles have access to each report.

  • Loads - Load Configurations details.


Accessing the About Screen

Administrators can access the About screen from the main menu, click Help, and then About.
