What fields are updated in Netsuite during a VOID?

Overview

When a shipment is voided in Pacejet, the following update will occur on the Item Fulfillment in Netsuite.

NetSuite Fields Affected

The following native Netsuite fields will be affected:

  1. shipstatus is reset to defined post-void setting

  2. shipmethod is set to imported shipmethod (UserField14 on import)

  3. shippingcost is set to 0.00, if shipmethod had an imported value

Pacejet Fields Affected

The following Pacejet Fields will be affected:

  1. custbody_pacejet_freight_cost set to null

  2. custbody_pacejet_freight_price set to null

  3. custbody_pacejet_freight_costcurrency set to null

  4. custbody_pacejet_freight_pricecurrency set to null

  5. custbody_pacejet_sps_updated set to null (if applicable)

  6. custbody_pacejet_freight_terms set to null

  7. custbody_pacejet_tracking_link set to null

  8. custbody_pacejet_if_carrier_tracking set to null

  9. custbody_pacejet_master_tracking_num set to null

  10. custbody_pacejet_if_fulfilled set to unchecked

  11. custbody_pacejet_freight_service set to null

  12. custbody_pacejet_shipped_method set to null

  13. custbody_pacejet_updateentity set to null

  14. custbody_pacejet_autoimport cleared (to prevent re-importing immediately)


Also, if RF Smart is being used, all RF Smart packages have their custrecord_rfs_packed_box_actualweight and custrecord_rfs_packed_box_trackingnumber cleared.
