The number showing in the Master Tracking field is not the same as the Probill number.
How can you get the ProBill number to be the number updated to the Master Tracking Field?

Resolution

Pacejet Technical Support can turn on a setting called "Use Probill as Master Tracking Number" that will copy the data from the Probill field into the Master Tracking Number field.
To Access:
- Go to Admin -> Location Setup -> Carrier -> Carrier.
- Select the carrier.
- Ensure that the "Use Probill as Master Tracking Number" box is checked and this will copy the Probill number into the Master Tracking, so that is the number returned to the ERP.
