How To Quote Directly In the Pacejet UI

Freight Quoting and Rate-Shopping

The freight quoting and rate-shopping option provides access to a wide range of parcel, freight, and 3PL shipping carrier choices via the Pacejet carrier network. This option (Quote Shipment) finds the lowest cost shipping service and improves shipping cost estimates with auto-packing support from Pacejet, and displays them directly in NetSuite.

Using Quote Shipment

Follow the steps below to find the best shipping option:

1. Click the Quote Shipment button.
NetSuite displays available carriers and selects the cheapest option, and it also cross-
references to a NetSuite shipping item.

2. From the list of Carrier Services, do one of the following:

  • Click OK to choose the carrier NetSuite selected or select a different, more expensive option, and then click OK.
    Optional available are displayed with a darker circle. Refer to the bottom row (Below the USPS Priority Mail) in the screen shown below.

  • Click Cancel to close the display without populating the Cost and Ship Method fields.

  • Click Trace to display a secondary module with the carriers' API results.


This is the same information as the Pacejet Rate and Ship page Rate display.


All items (including back-ordered items and out-of-stock items) are included when rating.
