Pacejet

Email Notifications - How to Suppress

Overview

By default, Pacejet will have the Sender and Recipient Ship Notification set to "True". If a customer wants to turn on all various configurations of the ship notifications from the UPS or FedEx, then the following mappings will check the specified boxes for all three carrier notification types:

  • Ship

  • Exception

  • Delivery

  • Pacejet SHIP Notifications (Branded Emails) if Enabled and Licensed

How To Setup a Mapping for Email Notification Flags:

  • Use the Shipping Rule called Basic Data Mapping - Set

    • Set up the following Source Values, based on desired behavior:

      • A value of "0" will turn OFF all shipping notifications.

      • A value of "1" will turn on SHIP notifications only.

      • A value of "2" will turn on EXCEPTION notifications only.

      • A value of "3" will turn on SHIP and EXCEPTION notifications.

      • A value of "4" will turn on DELIVERY notification only.

      • A value of "5" will turn on SHIP and DELIVERY notifications.

      • A value of "6" will turn on EXCEPTION and DELIVERY notifications

      • A value of "8" will turn on Pacejet SHIP notifications (if enabled)

      • A value of "15" will turn ON all shipping notifications.

    • Set the Destination Field based on which Shipment Notification you want to set.
