Enabling Customized Shipment Confirmation Emails

Follow the steps below to set up Customized Shipment Confirmation Emails (formerly known as Branded Emails).

1. From the main menu, click Admin, Location Setup, and then Edit Location.

2. In the Branded Email Configuration section:

   • Enter the From Email.
     Note: Most organizations use "noreply@domain.com"

   • Enter information in the Summary Email field. This allows customers to review ship notifications/shipment confirmation emails.

3. Optionally, set the other fields.

4. Click Save.

5. From the main menu, click Admin.

6. Click to place a checkmark by ShipNotificationsTasks.

7. Click Save.
