Overview
Pacejet supports an optional feature to capture serials numbers during the packing process and link those serial numbers to specific items for reporting and integration updates. With Pacejet Standard Reports, administrators can choose to automatically display captured serial numbers on Packing Lists or use an older compatibility setting for displaying serial numbers transmitted by some integrations.
How To Display Serial Numbers in Standard Reports
From the Setup menu, select Application Settings.
Select Reports from the menu on the left.
To control display of Serial Numbers in Standard Report packing lists, set the Packing List Type setting in the Reports area of Application settings to the appropriate value as shown:
Use Captured Serial Numbers displays imported and Multi-level packing serial numbers on a packing list. This setting is used for the Standard Packing list and some Custom Reports.
Use Legacy displays serial numbers that are imported using a deprecated integration method on the Standard Packing list.
Serial numbers have been added to standard reports (Packing List), the SSRS version of the container label, and the Bartender Container label.
