How To Set Up Default Freight Terms in Netsuite?

Go to the Customer’s NetSuite environment.

Hover over the Customization tab, then select Lists, Records & Fields, and then select Transaction Body Fields.

Locate the custbody_pacejet_freight_terms entry.

You may need to view more than one page when locating this entry. To view the next page, use the next page toggle in the upper right-hand corner.

Click on the entry, and navigate to the Validation & Defaulting tab. In the tab, find the “Default Selection”, click the icon on the right-hand side, and select List.

Select the appropriate freight term.

Check the box titled "SET OVERRIDES ON CREATE" and then SAVE.
