The Packing List describes the products, descriptions, and other contents in a shipment in a single report.

Functionality Overview

Date change based on destination country.
US = MM/DD/YYYY non-US DD/MM/YYYY
Order date is same as the Ship Date unless customized.
Prints on: 8.5x11 paper.
Displays Consolidated and Simple Sales Orders
Converts weight to destination country

Grid details grouped and sorted by
Container Number
then Product Num(ber)
Optional Functionality Overview

Packing list can be toggled to display:
Serial Numbers, Lot Numbers, and/or UPC codes for each product.
For information about enabling application settings that control how or if Lot Numbers are printed on Packing List reports, refer to the Enabling or Disabling Lot Numbers for Standard Documents section of Lot Numbers: Configuring Lot Numbers and Running the Lot Number Capture and Serial Number Bulk Export Report.Sales Order or Purchase Order or hide the column completely on the product grid.
Change the Unit Type Label in grid summary. Default is Container.
Quantity value as a whole, single or double digit.

Notes on Functionality

The dimensions of the containers are truncated to remove any decimals.
ie - 5.5 x 5.25 x 10.255 will show as 5 x 5 x 10
Messages on the Packing List
A message is displayed below the grid if “Comments on the Packing List” in the message section is populated on the rate and ship page.
Footer Message
A “footer” message is displayed after grid if “Footer Comments on the Packing List” in the message section is populated on the rate and ship page with limited formatting.
The footer message provides 1/2 inch of space. Any text beyond this space will be truncated.
Adding a pipe in the footer verbiage will indicate a new line in the foot context.
