Overview
Shipment services in Pacejet are optional service selections that travel with an order or fulfillment and can affect how a shipment is quoted or shipped. These are sometimes also called accessorials. Examples include services like limited access delivery or inside delivery. In this example, you will configure a NetSuite transaction body field so a shipment service can be passed to Pacejet and used to activate the corresponding standard shipment service.
This example uses a custom transaction body field with the default field ID custbody21 and the label Limited Access Delivery.
Before you begin
Make sure you can create or edit custom transaction body fields in NetSuite.
Make sure Pacejet is installed and available in NetSuite.
Make sure you have access to Pacejet Settings, Custom Data Configuration, Automations, and the Pacejet API log.

In NetSuite, create a new custom transaction body field for Limited Access Delivery.
For this example, leave the field ID as custbody21.

In the Select Transaction Fields for Pacejet Integration dialog box, find the Limited Access Delivery field and select it for integration to Pacejet.

Create a new sales order in NetSuite.
Populate the order with the data needed for fulfillment.
Activate the Limited Access Delivery field on the order.
Save the order.
Fulfill the Order and Confirm the Field is Visible
Fulfill the sample sales order.
Open the item fulfillment record.
Confirm that the Limited Access Delivery field is visible on the Pacejet tab.
Confirm the Field is sent to Pacejet
Open the Pacejet API log.
Locate the API transaction for the sample order or fulfillment.
Find the custbody21 field in the payload that NetSuite sends to Pacejet.
Create the Custom Data Field in Pacejet
After confirming that NetSuite is sending the field, create a matching custom data field in Pacejet.
Open Pacejet Custom Data Configuration.
Create a new field named custbody21.
Set the alternate name to Limited Access Delivery.
Set the field type to Text.
Save the field.
Create the Automation in Pacejet
Create an automation that enables the standard shipment service when the imported field is set to true.
Open the Automations area in Pacejet.
Create a new automation.
Set the action to Enable.
Select the standard shipment service Limited Access Delivery.
Add a condition where custbody21 is EQUAL TO true.
Save and activate the automation.
Test the Shipment Service in Pacejet
Integrate a sample shipment to Pacejet and confirm that the shipment service is active when it is set on the sales order and item fulfillment.
Process or integrate the sample shipment to Pacejet.
Open the shipment in Pacejet.
Verify that Limited Access Delivery is active on the shipment.
Confirm that the service activation matches the value set in the sales order and item fulfillment records.
Result
The shipment service is now configured in NetSuite and integrated with Pacejet. When the custbody21 field is passed from NetSuite with a value of "true", Pacejet can use that value to enable the standard Limited Access Delivery shipment service during quoting or shipping.
Notes
You can repeat this process for other shipment services or accessorials by creating additional transaction body fields and corresponding Pacejet custom data mappings and automations.
If your environment uses a different field ID or label, substitute your actual values throughout the setup.
