Descartes® is pleased to announce the Pacejet Connector 26.1 release. This update includes branding updates across the installer and application, a security improvement to the installer framework, and code signing for easier installation. Branding Updates
🟪 Enhancement: The Pacejet Connector now displays Descartes Pacejet branding throughout installation and daily use. All references to 3G Pacejet and legacy logos have been replaced with the current Descartes Pacejet name, icons, and favicon across the installer executable, splash screen, Windows Start Menu, Add/Remove Programs, browser favicon, and connector UI. Supplemental UIs including Remote Shipments and Bartender are also updated with the new branding. A new connector installer (.msi) is available with the updated branding. Security Updates
🟦 Optimization: The Pacejet Connector installer has been updated to the current version of the WiX toolset. This update brings the installer into compliance with updated security standards.
🟦 Optimization: The Print Connector installer is now digitally code signed. Code signing verifies the authenticity of the installer and prevents security warnings from Windows SmartScreen when downloading and installing the connector.
