If Your Printer Does Not Flip The Packing List And Ship Label Page Automatically

Duplicate the same Laser printer on a customer machine using the below method if the printer does not dynamically rotate the report.

1. Control Panel >> Devices and Printers

2. Locate the printer that will be duplicated

3. Click on the Add Printer tab on the window.
   

4. Click on The printer that I want isn’t listed link on the window

5. Select Add a local Printer or network printer with manual settings

6. On the next screen, select Create a new port and the appropriate Type of Port.

7. Locate the printer from the list of printers
   

8. Name the printer something meaningful.
   

9. Click Next.

10. Share the printer.
    

11. Click Next then Finish.

12. On the Devices and Printer window, locate the newly created printer.
    

13. Select Printer Properties.

14. On the General Tab, click on the Preferences… button.

15. Locate the Orientation section and click the Landscape radio button. Do not change any other setting.
    

16. Click OK.

17. Click on the Advanced Tab then click the Printing Default button.

18. Repeat the steps above.
    

19. Click OK

20. The new Landscape printer is now ready to be used.
