Query Rules

Query Rules make it more feasible to access desired shipping information. Some filters are already built into the links provided in the grid. In this example, the FedEx link returns all FedEx delivery orders.

To create your own custom query rule

1. Click on the caret to display empty query fields.
   
   
   
   
   
   

2. Enter your desired criteria and click Save.
   
   
   

3. Enter a name for your newly created query rule.
   

4. Click Save.

5. Verify that your newly created query rule is displayed in the drop-down.
   
   
   

6. Select your query rule and verify that the expected results are returned.

For the ease of accessing a variety of queries, a user has the ability to save these filters as bookmarks within the Pacejet application. They can do so by clicking the star in the upper left corner of the screen and selecting Add Link.
