Setting Up Predictive Packing - Configuration

For general information about using Predictive Packing, refer to Understanding Predictive Packing.

After the Predictive Packing License has been activated by your Account Manager, Administrators can follow the steps below to configure Predictive Packing:

1. From the Pacejet Shipping main menu, click Setup, Predictive Packing, and then click Configuration.

2. At the top of the screen, above the About bar, click the Enable / Disable slider to Enabled.

3. Enter the values you plan to use: Maximum Total Products Quantity, Maximum Total Products Weight, etc.
   A description of the values is provided on the screen.

4. Click Save.

Setting Up Predictive Packing - Exclusions

Predictive Packing Exclusions can be used to control if Predictive Packing is used for any combination of quoting, rating, and shipping.

Administrators can follow the steps below to set up exclusions for Predictive Packing:

1. From the Pacejet Shipping main menu, click Setup, Predictive Packing, and then click Exclusions.

2. Click the Add Exclusion .
   The Add Predictive Packing Custom Exclusion screen is displayed.

3. Populate the fields:

   • Name

   • Description

   • Search Field, Operator, and Value
     Add additional Search Fields as needed.

4. Click the Enable / Disable slider to Enabled.
