Overview

This document provides an in-depth look at the Pacejet integration configuration, including a review of enhanced fields and actions provided in various forms throughout the Pacejet application. As a Built for NetSuite provider, Pacejet periodically releases bundle upgrades to enhance features and support new use-cases. Check with your Pacejet service provider for the latest information on bundle upgrades.

Script Deployments

To get to the Netsuite Script Deployments, click on Customization - Scripting - Script Deployments area to view and modify Pacejet bundle settings. Pacejet scripts are separated into functional areas for administrative control and troubleshooting ability.

Key header-level script information that is relevant to Pacejet setup includes the Execute as Role setting and the Audience tab settings. Pacejet recommends the Execute as Role is set to Administrator to permit shipping functionality to properly update data records such as Sales Orders, Estimates, Purchase Orders, and Item Fulfillment Records.

The standard Pacejet setup for the Audience tab is for “All Employees”, we do not recommend changing this scope unless you have more advanced security control requirements.

You may also wish to visit the Execution Log tab to troubleshoot any script execution errors caused by invalid configuration settings or other errors (e.g. buttons on the Estimates form are missing).
