How-To Fix Wrong Address From NetSuite For 1.0 Integration Customers.

Steps

Set the Prefer Transaction Ship Fields option on the following script deployments:

  • Pacejet Integration Itemfulfillment

  • Pacejet Integration REST

  • Pacejet Integration Sales Order


Cause

Customers who use EDI for their record creation should use the Prefer Transaction Ship Fields option. For these customers, when they create a "custom" address for each transaction EDI puts the values directly on the transaction. For example, the IF will have a shipaddr1, shipcity, shipstate, or shippostalcode.

If they use NetSuite without EDI, the customer will usually have an address book record on their customer details page and when they do that, the integration tries to grab that.
