How do I change the Sender email for carrier notifications?

Question

The customer wants to change what email address is displayed in the sender field for carrier notifications.

Answer

  • This Ship From (Sender, Origin) email is set up in the Facility record, contact tab section.

  • In Pacejet, follow the path of Lists -> Facilities.

    • Choose the facility to be updated

    • Click on the Contacts tab.

    • Select the contact record to update

    • Enter new email here.
