While Pacejet updates the Item Fulfillment status in NetSuite, the Sales Order Status field is handled outside of Pacejet by NetSuite.
Pacejet's Netsuite bundle does NOT update the Sales Order record in Netsuite and it cannot be customized or altered to do so.
