Overview

Pacejet captures the user that shipped or saved a shipment within the Pacejet portal. So, if you are asking yourself "how do I to tell who shipped an order?" then this is the report you will want to use.

Shipment Summary Report

The user information is visible on the Shipment Summary report in the Packed By and Shipped By sections.

Typically, a user opens the shipment, enters packages, and processes the shipment in one action. In these instances, the Packed By will be n/a. If recording of the packages are handled by a different person, the users name will be captured when they open the shipment, enter packages, and save their work.
