Allowing Pop-up Windows for Firefox and Chrome Browsers

Overview

If you get a notification message when clicking the Ship button, you need to enable pop-ups in your browser. See the directions below to enable popups:


Directions for Chrome

  1. Click the More Information drop-down menu (the three dots) at the top-right of your screen, then select Settings.

  2. Select Privacy and Security from the menu on the left.

  3. Scroll down to the Privacy and security section, and select Site Settings.

  4. Scroll down to the Content section and select Pop-ups and Redirects.

  5. Select Add next to Allow.

  6. Add the site address and click Add.

    Your address appears in the list.

Firefox Users

If you get the following message (see below) after clicking Ship, follow the directions to enable pop-ups.

  1. Click the Options button.

  2. Select Allow pop-ups for... from the menu.

If you are still experiencing issues but do not see the message above, follow the directions below.

  1. Click the Hamburger menu, then Select Options.

  2. Select Privacy & Security (in the sidebar).

  3. Scroll down to the Permissions section click Exceptions next to Block Pop-up windows. The Allowed Websites screen appears.

  4. Enter the address into the field and click Allow.
