Overview

How to map shipment special service(s) so it is selected for the shipment when it is time to rate it in the Pacejet UI.

Steps

1. Add the custom field to be imported to NetSuite (Pacejet > Configure Pacejet > Settings)

2. Add data mapping to Pacejet using same name as custom field (Tools > Custom Data > Custom Data Configuration)

3. Add an Advanced Data Mapping – Set shipment rule.

• The destination field value will be the special service you wish to set. In this example we are setting the Lift Gate special service.

• If you do not see the special service you need in the Destination Field drop down, contact Pacejet support.

4. Perform a test import and confirm the special service is selected after import.

IMPORTANT! The process should be the same for other ERPs. The setting up of the custom field to be sent over may however be different!
