Overview
Custom Data is the ability to send additional data fields from an ERP to Pacejet that are not part of the standard integration. In Acumatica these are available at the Shipment (transaction) level, Package (container) level and the Item (product) level. The steps laid out in this guide are for Acumatica version 24R1 and later.
There are three parts to adding custom data fields from Acumatica
Add customization package to support custom data import to Pacejet
Set up in Acumatica on Pacejet Shipping Settings Form and Carriers Form
Define the custom data in Pacejet
Once the above steps are completed you are able to use the custom data in shipment rules, paperwork and other tools within Pacejet.
Add Customization Package
The customization package is available from the Acumatica Community forum at the below link, this will need to be added to Acumatica:
Set up in Acumatica on Pacejet Shipping Settings Form
Search for the “Pacejet Shipping Settings” form
Add a new row
Fill in a Name (this will be the same name that will need set up in Pacejet)
Select a Pacejet Level, is the field you are trying to import part of the Shipment, Package or Item details
Ex. 1 – Sales Order Number would be at the Shipment level
Ex. 2 – Package Description would be at the Package level
Ex. 3 – Item Type would be at the Item level
Select the Datafield from the data tree where the information lives
Select a Sales Order Datafield if you want the information for quoting from a Sales Order
Select a Shipment Datafield if you want the information for shipping or quoting from a Shipment
Select both if you always want the data coming into Pacejet

Confirming Setup
After you have created the custom data in Acumatica and in Pacejet it is good to confirm they are all set up properly by sending a new Shipment to Pacejet. Then you can check the API log or check the Custom Data page in Pacejet to see the values that came in with the new shipment.
To review imported custom data page in Pacejet:
Navigate to Custom Data (Tools -> Custom Data -> Custom Data).
Enter shipment number into Search and click Search Icon to run search.
Values for custom data fields included on this particular shipment will show.
