How To Add a New State or Province:

Overview

Pacejet maintains a database listing of all states in the US and Canada, other states will need to be added by the customer.

  1. From the main menu, click Setup and then click State/Province.

  2. Click the + sign.

  3. Populate the state information - See the Guidelines below.

Guidelines to populate the State Information

  • State/Province Code

    • Must be a 2-digit State or Province Code (You can add 3 Digits but some carriers will error)

    • Do not use Special Characters like the following: (-+@#%^&*?)

  • State or Province Name

    • Spell out the full name (South Carolina, Beijing, etc)

  • Country ISO Code

    • This is the 2-digit country code that matches in the COUNTRY list of Pacejet.

  • Third-Party Package key

    • Choose DEFAULT
