Shipment Tags provide the flexibility to mark shipments with one or more simple flags that inform users or the Pacejet system of a special status or when to take special actions.

Example

One example use-case of Shipping Tags is to use a Free Shipping tag to tell Pacejet to set a shipping Price of $0 while informing users to avoid high cost shipping services. In another example, an Amazon tag might tell Pacejet to rate-shop only within services provided by Amazon while helping users know that these orders must be filled same-day.

Multiple tags can be added to shipments by users, integrations, or by automated Pacejet rules to reflect complex fulfillment requirements.
