How does a customer add a new physical facility to Pacejet?
Resolution
From the main menu, click Lists, and then click Facility.
Click the Add Facility (+) icon in the tools menu.

Facility:

Name or Number
Notes:For Netsuite, this should match the internal id in Netsuite.
After saving, this field cannot be changed.

Site
Defaults to MAIN in all caps.
Additional sites can be set up; please see Customer Care before adding new sites

AES Number / Type, Tax ID / Type, The “Holiday Calendar Rule and Active Days
These fields are used mostly for reporting purposes

Setup for Facility Address Tab

Select + to add a new address record or row.

Type of the address record being created
Billing, Delivery, ThirdParty, or Warehouse

Address, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, and Country fields
Notes:Should be the Street Address or Billing Address
This can be the address on the Ship-To section of the rate and ship page.
This can also be where documents pull the ship to information.

Put the Contact's full name here
