In addition to LTL shipping, the World Wide Express integration also supports a feature called "Small Pack" shipping. The small pack shipping feature allows shippers to take advantage of UPS shipping rates and process parcel shipments via their World Wide Express relationship.
How to Setup Small Pack Shipping with World Wide Express
To
Go to Admin --> Location Setup --> Carrier --> Shipment Services.
Verify that Smallpack is already setup by finding the appropriate shipment service
If Smallpack is not installed, the click on Add Shipment Service under the Tools menu.
When the modal opens, add the SMALLPACK for the code and Description.
Select Is Active.
Click on Save
