Installing the BarTender® Print Setup Files

Overview

This article provides instructions for installing the BarTender® Print Setup files. It is one of several steps in the setup of the Pacejet Label Connector.




How to install the BarTender Print Setup

  1. In Windows File Explorer, navigate to the folder where the Pacejet Label Connector was installed.
    The default is C:\PacejetTools\PacejetPrintConnector

  2. Open the sub-folder PacejetExamples.

  3. Run one of the files in this folder, depending on the version of BarTender you are using:

    • BarTender 2021 and 2019 users: Open BarTender 2019 Supplemental Files.exe
      The Bartender 2019 Supplemental files are compatible with BarTender 2021.

    • BarTender 2016 users: Open BarTender 2016 Supplemental Files.exe

  4. A screen similar to the following appears:

  5. Select Next. The Extractor Path install panel appears.

  6. Select Next.

The supplemental files are extracted, and the installation folder is opened in Windows Explorer. The Explorer screen may be closed as it only indicates that the file extraction is complete.
