Overview
This procedure is for customers who upgraded to the Paceject Connector and were using the Label Connector prior to the upgrade.
For customers who upgraded to Pacejet Connector and are implementing the Label Connector for the first time, refer to Setting Up the Pacejet Label.
For customers who did not upgrade to Pacejet Connector, to set up and configure the Label Connector, start with Configuring the Pacejet Label Connector.
Restore the BarTenderConfig.xml file
In the instructions for uninstalling the Print Connector, we had you save your organization's BarTenderConfig.xml file outside the PacejetPrintConnector folder. In this step, you will restore this file in the new Label Connector.
In Windows File Explorer, locate and copy the BarTenderConfig.xml file you saved as part of uninstalling the Print Connector.
Paste the file in the PacejetTools > PacejetConnector folder. Click Replace the file in the destination when prompted.
Open the file in a text editor (e.g., Notepad).
In Line 3, change the PacejetAPIVersion to 2.9.
Save and close the file.
Restore the BarTender .btw files (if needed)
If you backed up your BarTender .btw files as part of uninstalling the Pacejet Print Connector, you must restore the files to the same directory structure where you originally found them.
