eShipping Release Notes 26.2

Overview

The Descartes Pacejet eShipping 26.2 release delivers important enhancements and corrections as part of overall improvements to use eShipping APIs. This upgrade introduces functionality to capture LTL ProNums when they are provided by eShipping for supported carriers.

Enhancements

🟪 Enhancement: Captures ProNum in Shipping Transactions

When eShipping provides a PRO number in the shipment response, the connector stores it in the standard Pacejet PRO field

  • If the carrier does not return a PRO number (as expected for some LTLs), the Pacejet PRO field remains empty without error

  • Stored PRO data is visible in the shipment record and included in applicable printouts and exports

  • Function works across all carriers configured through eShipping where PRO is supported
