How To Unhide the Pacejet Update Feed XML field?

ISSUE

NetSuite will hide some fields by default, an example is the Pacejet Update Feed XML field. This is how to set the user's settings to unhide those fields.

RESOLUTION

To see what Pacejet is writing back to NetSuite, you will need to unhide the “Pacejet Update Feed” field before you can see the Extended XML.

To do this, go to:

  • Customization > Lists, Records & Fields > Transaction Body Fields >

  • Locate “Pacejet Update Feed” > Click to Edit

  • Change the Display setting to “Normal”.

Trouble Shooting

If you run into problem where the update feed is not displaying the XML data and you have enabled in Transaction Body Update Feed.

  1. From Netsuite menu select Pacejet, Settings, and the Update Settings for the script as followed.

  2. Click on the Set Update Feed.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Verify that the xml feed has xml data.
