The first step is in the NetSuite UI
1. Go to Setup | Integration | Manage Integrations. Select the Pacejet Integration that is associated with an Application ID.
2. Once open, click the Edit button and select Reset Credentials to regenerate the two fields shown in the 2nd screenshot below (Consumer Key and Consumer Secret).
3. Once Authentication Token is generated, the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret codes are displayed.
4. This is the only time these values are displayed, it is important to record them for later use. Copy these codes to a notepad document. You will use these later in the customer's Pacejet Portal.
The second step is in the NetSuite UI
1. Go to Setup | Users/Roles | Access Tokens.
2. Edit the Pacejet Integration token.
3. Click Revoke which will delete the existing tokens and then select 'Save' for the changes to take effect.
4. Go to Setup | Users/Roles | Access Tokens. Click on the New Access Token button.
5. Select the application name that was created in prior steps, the user that has the Pacejet User Access role, and the Pacejet User Access role. The token name will also need to be defined.
6. Once Save is clicked, the Token ID and Token Secret are displayed. This is the only time these values are displayed, it is important to record them for later use. Copy these codes to a notepad document. You will use these later in the customer's Pacejet Portal.
The third step is in the Pacejet UI:
1. Go Setup | Application Settings
2. Select Open Connector from the left side menu.
3. The values generated in the NetSuite steps above will be entered into the following fields:
ERPO Auth Consumer Key: Consumer Key (Part I - Integrations)
ERPO Auth Consumer Token: Consumer Secret (Part I - Integrations)
ERPO Auth Token: Token ID (Part II - Access Tokens)
ERPO Auth Token Secret: Token Secret (Part II - Access Tokens)
4. Be sure to SAVE the update afterward.
