Installing the ERP Interface
The customer is expected to install the ERP interface on their own. A company that has been live on CSI for years should have the expertise to manage the install themselves. New customers should lean on the Infor reseller that is managing their CSI ERP implementation. Live customers without the IT expertise should contract with their Infor partner/reseller.
Pacejet will provide a download link to the Infor CSI Administrator. A zip file will be downloaded that includes an executable for installation and documentation.
