Use Case #1: Basic Flow
Navigate to the Shipping Workbench. Verify the 9-box icon.
One of the following three scenarios can occur:
If no orders have been selected and the icon is clicked, nothing will occur.
If one order has been selected and the icon is clicked, an error message will be displayed.
If two or more orders have been selected and the icon is clicked, the selected delivery orders are consolidated into a single container and the following message is displayed:
The order will go through the rating and shipping process as normal.

Use Case #2: Consolidation of Orders with Accessorials & Address Variations
In this scenario, we will be working with the following orders: 279215, 279216 and 279217.
Order# 27915 – A Regular Order in a Small Box.
Order# 27916 – An order in a Medium Box with two accessorials tied to it: Delivery Confirmation and Lift Gate.
Order# 27917 – An order in a Large Box with the Ship To address changed slightly, but
The items within all three delivery orders have been consolidated into Order C000138.
The order processes as normal.
Use Case #3: Failure
In this scenario, we will be working with the following orders: 279225, 279235 and 279236.
Order# 279225, has a zipcode of 28202
Order# 279235 has a zipcode of 80204
Order# 279236 has a zipcode of 80204
All three shipments are added to a consolidated order, and the shipper attempts to process.
Shipper will get the following error:
