Shipments Page
The Shipments page will look similar to the screenshot below. This page offers three different views to choose from:
Summary
Daily
Details
Summary
With Carrier Performance enabled, the default view is the Summary view. This view provides high-level information on the carriers being used as well as status metrics on all shipments.
Users have the ability to change views by clicking on the view names located in the upper-right corner of the Shipments page.
Daily
From the Summary view, clicking on a carrier name displays the Daily view which provides the same information as the Summary view, but is broken down into details on a daily level.
Detail
From both the Summary and Daily views, clicking on any of the values underneath any of the columns from Ship Date to Delivered Late will display the Details view for the selected/queried number of items. A maximum of only 1000 records will be returned.
There are two ways to view the contents within the Detail view:
Default (as shown in the screenshot above)
Delivery (as shown in the screenshot below) – Provides more delivery-related information.
Delivery Order
Clicking on a Delivery Order number in the Details view will open a Delivery Order window similar to the following:
This window contains two tabs:
Main (the default view shown above) - The origin, destination, and package information are provided.
Ship Status (shown in the image below) – Provides the tracking ID, location, date, time and description of the shipment’s status.
One distinguishing feature that sets the Shipments page apart from the existing Search Shipments page is that the Return Shipment, Reprocess Update and Reprint functions are only visible on the Delivery Order window.
View Shipment - opens the order upon the Rate & Ship page, displaying the carrier and class of service that was previously selected.
Return Shipment – Opens up the order on the Rate & Ship page with the Ship To and Ship From locations reversed.
Reprocess Update – Updates the ERP with the latest shipment details, will override the previous updates if you do it more than once.
Reprint – Opens up the Reprints page with the documents and labels for the selected order.
