Installing The Pacejet Advanced Shipment Data Bundle

About Pacejet ASD

Pacejet Advanced Shipment Data (ASD) for NetSuite enhances NetSuite shipment processing by recording more detailed shipment packing, item, and carrier data in custom records linked to standard NetSuite Item Fulfillment/Item Shipment records. The additional data provided by this solution can improve automation for ERP workflows including EDI, label printing, document printing, shipment analytics, shipment tracking, and shipment reporting.


Prerequisites for This Product or Feature

The following pre-requisites must be met before installing the ASD bundle:

  • Available for the NetSuite ERP only

  • Requires Pacejet Shipping for NetSuite bundle 20.2 or higher using SuiteScript 2.0 scripts (API connection)

  • Users must purchase appropriate NetSuite SuiteCloud Plus licenses to meet throughput needs

  • Scan And Pack and/or Multi Level Packing must be in use to for ASD to generate package level details.


How To Install Pacejet ASD

  1. From the NetSuite main menu, select Customization, SiteBundler, Search and Install Bundles.

  2. Enter Pacejet into the keywords field and press Enter.

  3. Select Pacejet Advanced Shipment from the list and click mceclip4.png, then click mceclip5.png.

  4. Click OK.

  5. Sort by Status (mceclip7.png) so the pending installation appears at the top of the list.

When the installation is finished, Pacejet Advanced Shipping Data is be resorted and appears in the list based on how it's sorted.


How To Tell If the Installation Was Successful

To confirm that your installation was installed successfully, open a shipping transaction and is the Adv Shipment Data tab appears your installation is working properly.

All future shipping transactions will include Advanced Shipping Data. This tab will be empty for previous transactions.
