How to determine if a shipment was sent Automatic or Manual from NetSuite?

How do you determine if a shipment from NetSuite was sent over via Saved Search/Automation or the user clicked on the SHIP button on the Item Fulfillment?

Answer

1. To verify this in Pacejet from the main menu select Tools, API, and Log.



2. Enter the shipment number into the Transaction ID field and click on the magnify glass to perform the search for this shipment.

3. After locating the shipment, we should see in the Request window the following two scripts names, if they are present, the shipments were automatically sent from NetSuite:

  • customscript_pacejet_queue_mapreduce

  • customdeploy_pacejet_queue_mr_shipments

3. If the shipment was manually pushed from Netsuite to Pacejet, we would see the following in the JSON API LOG. onlineformuser@21126769 <-- this tells us the shipment was pushed over to Pacejet by the end user manually.
