Overview

The Shipment screen has three different views: Default, Delivery, and ERP Status. All of them can be selected from the View dropdown menu at the bottom of the screen. Each view displays different columns

Default View

The default view is what's displayed whenever the Shipments screen opens. It provides important details about a shipment that are most often used by shippers, like Tracking Number, Ship Date, Freight costs, and more.

Detail View

The Detail view provides important information like ship-from and ship-to data, Contact Name, Phone, Email, etc.

ERP Status

The view called ERP Status on the Shipments screen provides two additional columns: ERP Status, and ERP Status Message.
