Update Settings
Field |
Description |
ENABLE UPDATE NOTIFICATION |
When checked, a dialog appears notifying NetSuite users that the current record has changed due a Pacejet update. |
SET SHIPPING STATUS |
When checked, this changes an item fulfillment's status to Shipped when a shipment is processed in Pacejet. |
SET DETAIL PACKING |
When checked, processing a shipment from Pacejet updates Pacejet Packing information including tracking, contents, SSCC, weight, etc. |
SET UPDATE FEED |
When checked, Pacejet attaches a more comprehensive set of shipping data to the Item fulfillment record. |
SAVE JSON ENTITY TYPE |
When unchecked, Pacejet changes the Pacejet Update Feed from JSON to the legacy XML format. Unchecking this box can be helpful for legacy customers who have made customizations in XML. |
REMOVE ITEMS FROM UPDATE FEED |
When checked, Pacejet removes all item details from the update feed to prevent the maximum field size from being exceeded. |
ENABLE UPDATES |
Unchecking this box stops all updates from Pacejet to NetSuite from occurring. Do not uncheck this box unless recommended by Pacejet. |
CLEAR AUTO STAGE ON VOID |
When checked, Pacejet unchecks the Autostage box which prevents the order from automatically restaging after it is voided. This enables the user to make changes to the order and submit it for processing after the changes are completed. |
DEFAULT STATUS AFTER VOID |
Sets the status of an item fulfillment after it is voided (typically ‘Picked’ or ‘Packed’). |
VOID ACTION |
Defines the actions that Pacejet takes while updating an item fulfillment as a result of voiding a shipment. Reset Item Fulfillment Pacejet clears any data that is updated after a shipment is processed. Delete Item Fulfillment Pacejet deletes the item fulfillment but leaves the Sales Order. |
SET SHIPPING COST FOR SHIPMENTS |
When checked, Pacejet updates the shipping cost field while processing a shipment (only on the item fulfillment record). Important: If you check this box, you must also select a shipping method. Note: If doing consolidation, we only update one item fulfillment record with the shipping cost. The rest of the item fulfillment records for this consolidated shipment are set to zero. |
SET SHIPPING COST |
When checked, Pacejet updates the Shipping Cost field while processing a quote. |
SET SHIPPING METHOD FOR FREIGHT QUOTES |
When checked, Pacejet updates the Shipping Method field while processing a quote. |
SET SHIPPING METHOD |
When checked, Pacejet updates the Shipping Method field while processing a shipment (only on the item fulfillment record). |
