Overview

With NetSuite Net22.1 version, Pacejet enhanced the process for updating the NetSuite Shipping Cost field while performing quoting and shipping with Pacejet. Quoting now works consistently, regardless of where the Quote button is selected:

• Item Shipment (Item Fulfillment)

• Purchase Order

• Sales Order

• Estimate

• Editing Sales Order (Quote Shipment button)

IMPORTANT! dURING iTEM fULFILLMENT cREATION, THE pACEJET fREIGHT tERMS ARE AUTOMATICALLY SET TO pREPAID & cHARGE WHEN QUOTING WAS PERFORMED ON THE SALES ORDER, AND WHEN THE DROP-DOWN IS SET FOR pREPAID AND cHARGE fREIGHT TERMS.

The Retain Shipping Cost field has been removed from Item Shipment / Item Fulfillment.

On the Settings page, the following fields are now available as drop-down fields:

The default value for both of the these settings is Legacy Method.

Examples of the NetSuite Quoting Logic

Below are two examples that follow the NetSuite Quoting Logic:

• The Freight Term is Prepaid & Charge.
  The fields are set as follows:

  • • The value of the field: Set Shipping Cost for Freight Quotes is Set on PrePaid and Charge Only.

    • The Set the Pacejet SO field is set to TRUE.
