Pacejet provides an Auto Stage feature to automatically stage Item Fulfillments on the Shipping Workbench when they area “ready” for processing by the shipping team. Because the definition of when a shipment is ready may vary by business, Pacejet uses a Netsuite Saved Search List to identify those Item Fulfillments that meet your criteria.
Customers may edit their own Saved Search within Netsuite by accessing it via the LISTS menu. The Saved Search is called Pacejet Auto Import Search. Editing this Saved Search will change how staging occurs.
Edit the Saved Search to understand the default behavior for staging shipments on the Shipping Workbench and change it if needed.
In the example shown below, Item Fulfillments dated within one day where the Pacejet Fulfilled flag is not yet set, Auto Stage is set to true, and the Status is Picked or Packed will be imported with this Search Criteria.
