Pacejet provides enhanced fields and actions in Purchase Orders that are used to support freight quoting. More details on these enhancements are below.

Enhanced Fields

• Delivery Instructions: A dedicated memo field for shipping users or shipping paperwork.

• Freight Cost (Deprecated): The shipping cost (per negotiated rates) returned from a freight quote.

• Freight Cost $: The shipping cost (per negotiated rates) returned from a freight quote.

• Freight Price (Deprecated): The shipping price (per Pacejet pricing rules) returned from a freight quote.

• Freight Price $: The shipping price (per Pacejet pricing rules) returned from a freight quote.

• Selected Carrier: The carrier that was selected during the quoting process.

Actions

Freight Quote Button: Activates Pacejet to process a freight quote for this purchase order.
