Overview
This setup is only to be used in Demo or Implementation Portals where NO physical printers are set up yet. Using this setup when printers are set up within the print connector can cause printing issues for all users.
There are times when new or prospective customers need to view the full shipping workflow but workstations and physical printers have yet to be set up. With the absence of physical printers, you are unable to get all successful messages or green check marks during shipping confirmation as shown below.
Pacejet Connector Configuration
The set up pictured below outlines how the Pacejet Print Connector needs to be configured to display successful messages for all 4 checks of Ship Confirmation.
View from main menu
Click List, and then click Print Connectors.
Print Connector has Printer Keys set to All Print Tasks.
This results in Completed messages for all four checks during Ship Confirmation.
